Parents of YPT Cast Members have their own role to play around each production. It takes a village to put on a show and there are many advantages to getting involved. Parents say:

We recognize that not everyone has the time to give and designed packages to accommodate that. As Parent of a Cast Member, you have four fee packages/opportunities to choose from:**

Package #2: Buy Out of Pre-Production Team
- Registration Fee $275
- Playbill Ad Fee $60

- Pre-Production Team
Package #4: Buy Out of Both Pre-Production Team and Production Jobs

**Fees apply to each young person cast in a show
Pre-Production Teams work on the production as teams through the entire rehearsal process. They include the following which are all described in detail on this website:
- Sets
- Costumes
- Props
- Community Relations
- Cast Party
- Studio Crew
- Tech Table
- Concessions
- Backstage Crew
Production Jobs are singular defined tasks that contribute to staging a show and generally occur during the final two weeks of the run. They include the following:
- Rehearsal Monitor
- Daily Crew Leader
- Curb-side Drop-off/Pick-up
- Backstage Monitor
- Usher
- Activity Leader
- Concessionaire
