The AristoKats!   Beginning Camp’s Exciting Musical
Rehearse and perform the musical, The AristoKats!  Creative youngsters will delight in the story of the cat-napped AristoKittens who are rescued by Thomas O’Malley and his rag-tag bunch of Alley Cats!!  Students will learn the basics of theater, voice and movement through both classes and rehearsal.  The entire camp will proudly take stage with a fabulous performance for family and friends on the last day of camp.
June 29- July 10, 2009.  Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm

Once Upon A Mattress, A Broadway Classic and Summer Stock!
Once Upon a Mattress, the junior Broadway Classic musical gives young actors with previous theater experience the opportunity to rehearse and perform.  They will learn progressive theatrical skills through staging every aspect of the performance and classes including acting, music and voice, movement, stagecraft, audition techniques, song interpretation and improvisation.  The camp culminates in live theater performances of the production.
July 13 – 31, 2009.  Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm

Theatre Technology and Production Management
Have you ever thought about how a show would look if it were performed in the dark?  Or without specialized stage lighting?  What if the actors didn’t have any costumes?  Who is in charge backstage?  Come take advantage of this exciting opportunity to learn about everything that has to happen behind the scenes for a show to go up!  Find out about all these other exciting and rewarding jobs that exist in the theatre while having fun creating miniature set models and costume renderings.  A great camp for anyone who likes performing, being back stage, fashion, art or just wants to learn about how the theatrical process works!
